"There are many successful women leaders here who have the agency and flexibility to do their jobs while also living their personal life (being moms or focusing on outside commitments). You still have to work hard and these people are probably pretty overwhelmed, but I've found it's generally a supportive environment in my experience."

"I would (and have!) tell another woman that working at Cornerstone has been so fulfilling and better than expected. I get to work remotely and my time is valued and respected by my peers and manager. I have been supported from day one by all my coworkers. I know I have an awesome team of people to reach out to at any time about any thing. "

"Beware, tons of lay offs, lots of very poor managers in leadership positions, and you have to fight very hard to get promoted. Sadly benefits have gone worse and worse every year."
