At Cornerstone, our driving force is helping people realize their potential, and it starts with our employees, our Cornerstars. We believe it’s critical to the health and productivity of our employees to maintain a good work-life balance. We offer a generous paid time off policy, including unlimited paid time off for salaried employees. We are an organization that provides flexibility in work schedules as well as the technology for a remote workforce, which often means hiring the right people with the right skills for the job, regardless of location. At our offices around the world, we host “Beach Day” as well as anniversary celebrations to recognize and bring together our hardworking teams. Within our offices, you can find an abundance of free food, onsite nursing rooms, as well as complimentary yoga and chiropractic services. No matter where our Cornerstars are located in the world, we strive to create comfortable working environments and build a culture of empathy.
More importantly, we are proud of the diversity of our workforce and are always looking for ways to ensure our Cornerstars feel empowered to bring their whole selves to work. Two out of every three Cornerstars represent a unique group (based on race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation). One-third of our Cornerstars and one-third of leaders at Cornerstone are women. We host Development Day every quarter, a full-day program that engages global employees in shared learning experiences by having Cornerstars facilitate training sessions to other Cornerstars on a variety of topics. In addition to this, we have a great Mentorship Program and Shadow Sessions, which serve as a resource for Cornerstars of various skill sets, life experiences and backgrounds to develop a deliberate and impactful relationship to help them succeed.
We perform full pay equity analyses twice per year to ensure we are taking proactive steps to eliminate compensation bias along race or gender lines. Cornerstone also allows for the creation of communities for different groups like our women’s group and a working parents group. In 2019, Cornerstone was awarded “Best CEOs for Women” and “Best Company in Los Angeles” by Comparably.
We are proud to be Cornerstars because we know that a few passionate people are capable of accomplishing big things and that small ideas can grow exponentially. Every individual has an innate desire to be their best and operate at their fullest potential. We believe that cultivating creativity and inspiring people to reach their full potential is the responsibility of both the employee and the organization. Imagine if every employee in your company was given the opportunity and the means to contribute their best possible performance. This is the very foundation of our company — it’s who we are and it’s what we do. We help organizations realize the potential of their people.
Cornerstone was founded on a belief that a lifetime of learning and development is fundamental to growth — for both the employee and the organization. So, we created what is today one of the world’s leading cloud-based learning and human capital management software solutions. From recruitment, onboarding, training and collaboration, to performance management, compensation, succession planning, people administration and analytics, Cornerstone is there at every phase of the employee life cycle.
Cornerstone has built a united team of smart, cool, dependable, and visionary people. We’re always on the lookout for new curious and capable people who have our growth mindset. If you’re looking to realize your potential and grow your skills, check out our career site to learn more!
We accept the individual differences, identities, life experiences and unique capabilities of all Cornerstars by providing support and the necessary tools to help you realize your potential through the development of a unique culture that is strengthened by our core values. As Cornerstars, we treat each other with dignity and respect at all times and hold ourselves and others accountable, with a commitment to fostering equal opportunities through the removal of systemic barriers. We encourage our team members to build Employee Resource Groups and will assist in making them successful as advocates of diversity awareness. Lastly, and equally as important, we aspire to only work with partners, clients, and vendors who are aligned with our beliefs and to reconsider contracts with those who don’t.
