Employee Resource Groups:
At Cornerstone our mission is to co-create an inclusive culture in which people from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to share their bold ideas, feel valued for their contribution and embrace the opportunity to realize their full potential.
Cornerstar Resource Groups (CRGs) help create and sustain this environment. They represent a range of racial and cultural populations including women, individuals with disabilities, working parents, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, LatinX/Hispanic, Veterans and remote employees. They are safe places to have a voice, promote cultural awareness, solve business problems and make a difference in the communities where we live.
Training and Development programs:
Cornerstone was founded with the belief that ongoing learning and development are at the heart of how to be both a better individual and a better organization. It's deeply embedded in our culture that every individual can reach their potential through ongoing learning and development.
Cornerstone offers a variety of learning content for all employees to stay happy and challenged in their current job and to develop for their future roles at Cornerstone. In addition, every quarter Cornerstone hosts an internal Development Day across the globe. This is a day of learning run by Cornerstars, for Cornerstars, with classes ranging from product training and meditation, to tips for being an effective remote employee and tequila tasting. This belief in development and opportunities to learn have strengthened our culture and our team.
Cornerstone OnDemand is proud to offer flexible working arrangements to eligible employees.
