Impeccable written and spoken English skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite required, proficiency with other tools such as document comparison software (e.g., Litera Compare) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) preferred

Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to work normal business hours of a U.S. time zone, ideally U.S. Eastern Standard Time, strongly preferred
