    Position summary

    n

    • Identify and communicate opportunities to streamline and improve private offer processes.

    • Monitor and report on private offer metrics, proactively addressing roadblocks to improve marketplace sales velocity.

    • Provide additional support to the broader Deal Desk and Order Validation teams during peak periods or as business needs dictate, ensuring consistent operational coverage across functions.

    • Take ownership of ad hoc projects as assigned, contributing to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts within Sales Operations.

    You've got what it takes if you have..

    • 2+ years of experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Sales Support, or similar role within a SaaS or Cloud-focused organization.
    • 2+ years Hands-on experience with Tackle.io and Salesforce CRM and CPQ; familiarity with Cloud Marketplaces (Azure, AWS, GCP) is required.
    • Solid understanding of pricing fundamentals and experience reviewing or administering pricing proposals.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
    • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a process improvement mentality
    • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment
    • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
