    Position summary

    mer segmentation, targeting, and positioning

    Campaign Management:

    • Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing campaigns

    • Utilize customer data and analytics to create personalized and targeted messaging that resonates with our Americas customers

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Support teams to ensure a cohesive and unified customer experience.

    • Align marketing efforts with product launches, sales initiatives, and customer feedback.

    Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Leverage data analytics and key performance indicators to measure, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness and sales pipeline.

    • Make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.

    Budget Management:

    • Forecast and manage the field marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

    You have what it takes if you:

    • Know your levers: 8+ years of experience in integrated, demand-oriented marketing

    • Experience in a Saas Technology Organization

    • Roll up your sleeves: Hands-on experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms

    • Project manage like a pro: Strong project and program management skills

    • Think creatively: Creative mind that thrives on ways to inspire and engage prospects while using AI to be more efficient.

    • Are a great people leader: You have proven experience building highly functioning, engaged teams that get stuff done...and have a good time doing it

    • Build relationships easily: Skilled in cultivating trust-based working relationships across different functional teams, including creative, product marketing, sales and business development.

    • Love to win: Proven track record of executing effective campaigns that drive pipeline to reach company goals.
