    Position summary

    ing to the Manager, you will support, maintain, and innovate demo portals and shared demo instances, while also driving project execution that reflects business priorities. Your role includes troubleshooting, process optimization, and AI adoption to automate and improve workflows for SCs and sales teams globally**.**

    In this role you will...

    Demo Portal Development & Optimization:

    Continuously update and enrich baseline demo portals to reflect the latest product offerings, user feedback, and sales scenarios. Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance portal performance.

    Technical Support & AI-enhanced Troubleshooting:

    Provide expert-level support for shared demo instances, quickly resolving issues and efficient ticket management practices (ServiceNow or similar platforms).

    Project Management & Process Improvement:

    Lead and collaborate on cross-functional projects that improve demo assets and maximize user experience and efficiency. Collect and prioritize requirements while ensuring timely delivery of solutions that empower SC and sales teams.

    Data-driven Quality Assurance:

    Monitor demo portals using analytics to maintain a high standard of quality, responsiveness, and user satisfaction. Implement iterative improvements based on data insights.

    Documentation & Training:

    Develop comprehensive, best practice guides to ensure optimal utilization of demo tools.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Partner with Solution Consulting, Global Customer Success (GCS), Product Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholders worldwide to align demo strategies with overall business goals and technological advancements.

    Industry Awareness:

    Stay informed about emerging trends in sales technology, AI, and digital enablement to keep Cornerstone at the cutting edge of demo portal experiences.

    You've got what it takes if you've got...

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.
    • Proven experience with Cornerstone products and related certifications.
    • Strong familiarity with ServiceNow or equivalent ticketing and support systems.
    • Solid project management skills with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
    • Expertise in troubleshooting, enhanced by familiarity with AI diagnostic and support tools.
    • Hands-on experience in Cornerstone OnDemand implementations is highly desirable.
    • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/automation tools to optimize processes and workflows.
    • Strong technical aptitude, with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) considered a plus.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to work effectively in a virtual, global team setting.
    • Adaptable, quick learner with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
    • Creative problem solver with a proactive, collaborative approach.
