Manage stakeholder communications and aligning internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

You've got what it takes if you have...
- 10+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, private equity, or similar experience within a fast-paced environment.
- A proven track record of executing complex transactions, including managing intricate integration processes.
- Expertise in both buy-side and sell-side deal strategies, ideally in a private equity-backed environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to work effectively across functions and levels.
- A deep understanding of the SaaS industry is key, and familiarity with the HCM market is a plus.
