Assist with writing short, engaging social copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign messaging
Help schedule and publish content through Sprout Social, our primary publishing platform
Support key events and campaigns across our editorial calendar with timely social media coverage
Brainstorm creative social campaign ideas including polls, engagement posts, carousel concepts, and trend-driven content
Help support real-time event coverage, campaign launches, and major brand moments with social-first content
Monitor social trends and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas and recommendations to the team
Assist with employee advocacy, executive social support, and event promotion initiatives
Help monitor comments, tags, and audience engagement across channels
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and communications teams on campaign support and content needs
Qualifications
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field
Strong interest in social media, digital marketing, and brand storytelling
Familiarity with Canva and basic graphic creation for social media
Strong writing skills with the ability to create concise, engaging copy
Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset and understanding of what performs well across social platforms
Bonus Skills
Familiarity with Sprout Social or other social scheduling tools
Basic video editing for short-form social content
Experience with student organizations, internships, or projects involving social media management
Interest in corporate brand marketing, executive social strategy, or event marketing
