Learning & Development Manager

ssociate Director, TalentManagement and Development, you will act as a bridge foster alignment and driveinitiatives that support both global and regional needs. Your exceptionalcommunication skills will enable you to curate and facilitate a broad range oflearning experiences, from instructor-led training to digital learning content.

In this role you will...

• Consult on regional and global training needs

• Conduct ongoing skill and gap analysis and validate through data analysis in partnership with subject matter experts and leadership

• Manage the training and development needs of the region

• Facilitate instructor led training and design digital learning content

• Curate content and programs that can be consumed globally and by a hybrid employee population

• Support and drive Cornerstone's talent management practices - Development Conversations, Cultural Initiatives, Onboarding

• Have consideration for privacy and security obligations

You've got what it takes ifyou...

• 5+ years Learning & Development, Talent Management or Coaching/Mentoring experience.

• Have excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills.

• Are an excellent team player who can work with virtual and global team members.

• Are able to adapt and learn quickly .

• Have creative problem-solving skills.

• Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment.

• Direct experience and strong proficiency in creating written and digital learning materials.

• Are proficient in using the MS Office Suite.
