    Position summary

    for AI. This position demands a strategic executor who excels at cross‑functional leadership, creative direction, and end‑to‑end content ownership-from research and writing to activation and performance evaluation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the development of high‑value, research‑driven content assets including eBooks, whitepapers, research reports, infographics, and strategic narratives that articulate workforce trends and HR technology value.

    • Translate HR and workforce insights into authoritative thought leadership, ensuring content depth, narrative clarity, and strong resonance with HR, learning, and talent audiences.

    • Advance Cornerstone's AEO strategy by structuring content for discoverability in AI‑powered search, improving content completeness, authority, and alignment to buyer intent.

    • Operationalize AI‑enabled content workflows, leveraging generative AI tools to support research synthesis, content expansion, optimization, personalization, and multi‑modal content creation.

    • Drive cross‑functional content alignment with campaigns, brand, demand generation, product marketing, and field marketing teams to ensure unified storytelling and pipeline impact.

    • Own activation strategies for major content assets, ensuring coordinated promotion across social, campaigns, sales enablement, website, and partner channels.

    Key Skills and Qualifications:

    • Content development - Creating high-quality assets including reports, blogs, and infographics

    • Brand marketing and storytelling - Crafting clear, compelling narratives tailored to audience and channel

    • Written communication - Strong writing across formats, from thought leadership to web copy

    • Project management - Driving complex content workflows and timelines to completion

    • Editorial judgment - Ensuring clarity, tone, structure, and alignment with brand standards

    Experience:

    • 6-8+ years in B2B content marketing, workforce research, HR tech, or a related HR practitioner role with strong content creation responsibilities.
    • Experience leading research-based content or translating HR practitioner knowledge into marketing-ready narratives and assets.
    • Demonstrated ability to apply AI tools across content development, research synthesis, optimization, or multi-modal content formats.
    • Proven track record delivering content that supports campaigns, product launches, SEO/AEO goals, and brand storytelling.
    • Experience coordinating with cross‑functional teams including product marketing, demand generation, brand, and external agencies.
    • Ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced, high‑output environment with strong ownership and accountability.
