Support basic campaign setup tasks as directed, such as loading emails, landing pages, and tracking links.
Prepare and distribute internal and sales support materials, including agendas, call lists, and meeting summaries.
Assist with partner, third-party, and vendor coordination tasks, including scheduling and document collection.
Support marketing administration, including purchase orders, invoices, expense tracking, and filing.
Maintain simple trackers for events, campaigns, budgets, and timelines using standard templates.
Compile basic program reports (e.g. attendance and registrations) using provided templates.
Enter and maintain accurate data in marketing and event systems (e.g. Marketo, event platforms).
Flag issues, delays, or missing information to the relevant manager in a timely manner.

Programs and events supported on time against agreed schedules
Compliance with required processes and systems
Timely delivery of reports and coordination materials for reviews
Positive stakeholder feedback on coordination and support quality
You've got what it takes if you:
2 to 4 years' experience in marketing coordination, operations, or administration
Experience supporting events, campaigns, or regional marketing programs
Hands-on experience with project management and marketing systems including Asana, and marketing automation tools
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Clear written communication skills
Experience supporting regional or global teams preferred
