Use Python, R, and AI/ML frameworks to build models such as churn prediction, lead scoring, sentiment analysis, and cross-sell/upsell recommendations.
Leverage Snowflake Cortex for scalable in-database machine learning and AWS SageMaker for building and deploying custom ML models.
Drive AI/ML experimentation, including feature engineering, model evaluation, and production deployment, in collaboration with data science and engineering teams.
Write efficient, scalable SQL to analyze and transform large datasets; build data marts in Snowflake to support analytics and machine learning use cases.
Mentor junior team members and review work for quality, scalability, and performance.
Translate business needs into clear requirements and data products that improve decision-making.
Own data quality and governance for your domain; troubleshoot and resolve issues with urgency.
Educate business users on how to self-serve using modern data platforms and tools.
You have what it takes if you have...
Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
Proven leadership in BI, Advanced Analytics, and ML model deployment in an enterprise setting.
10+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization using SQL and Tableau with a strong focus on UI/UX.
5+ years of hands-on Advanced Analytics/Data Science experience using Python and/or R.
2+ years of experience working with Snowflake, including Snowflake Cortex or similar ML services.
Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, ML Ops pipelines, and deploying ML models at scale.
Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience building trusted datasets and data products.
Strong domain knowledge in CRM and MarTech applications (Salesforce, Marketo, Gainsight).
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent (MBA a plus).
Extra dose of awesome if you have...
Experience with dbt, Informatica, or Matillion for data transformation and orchestration.
Tableau Desktop Certified Professional.
Experience with predictive analytics in go-to-market functions (e.g., campaign attribution, customer lifetime value modeling, lead prioritization).
Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, or emerging GenAI capabilities for enterprise use cases.
