Lead key phases of the Salesforce development lifecycle, from design to deployment, with a strong emphasis on Service Ops and Services Cloud.
Drive down technical debt by implementing best practices, updating legacy code, and rebuilding functionality to improve performance, security, scalability, and reliability across both Sales Cloud and Services Cloud.
Improve deployment processes and support continuous integration, postproduction operations, and sandbox management in Services Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.
Continuously learn and innovate, staying ahead of the latest technologies and contributing to the enhancement of the Services Cloud and other Salesforce platforms.
