Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence others
Experience working with design teams to turn concepts into user-validated prototypes
Proven ability to convert strategy into actionable plans and product deliverables
Excellent quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
Creative, curious, and comfortable challenging the status quo
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous innovation
Ability to identify customer pain points-including unarticulated needs-through research, feedback, and user engagement
