Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Consultants, Technical Leads, Product , Support) to drive smooth implementation and integration.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and strong relationship management.
Identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks; proactively drive mitigation plans.
Track project performance, report key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure delivery quality by following best practices, PMO processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Facilitate workshops, status meetings, and project governance reviews.
Support resource planning and allocation across assigned projects.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field (PMP/Prince2/Agile certification preferred).
Around 5 years of proven experience in project management within Professional Services / IT / SaaS / Consulting domains.
Hands-on experience in project implementation and delivery with measurable outcomes.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Mavenlink, Asana, or similar).
Excellent communication, client engagement, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
