Brand Ambassadorship: Maintain and advance Cornerstone's presence as a leading partner for workforce development and digital transformation; represent the company at industry events, panels, and conferences.
Pipeline Management: Own the sales funnel end-to-end; develop new leads, qualify opportunities, manage proposals, and close deals. Forecast revenue accurately and report regularly to the Director - Middle East.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and global sales teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of local market trends, competitive landscape, regulatory developments, and emerging HR technologies in the region.
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or workforce agility solutions selling into 1,500-10,000 employee companies.
Proven success building and scaling sales in the region.
Strong established network within enterprise and public sectors.
Strong consultative selling skills; able to articulate business outcomes, ROI, and transformation value.
Native or fluent English required; (Arabic preferred).
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
Willingness to travel within the region.
