    Position summary

    d
    Deliver high volume, high quality outbound activity with proven experience sustaining 80+ dials per day
    Execute at speed across phone, email, LinkedIn, and targeted campaigns
    Build and maintain a healthy, future focused pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets
    Design and execute outbound campaigns in partnership with Marketing and Sales
    Qualify opportunities using strong commercial judgement and buying signal alignment
    Act as a strategic voice for the India market, sharing insights and recommendations
    Report weekly and quarterly on activity, pipeline, and conversion to APJ BD and local Commercial leadership
    Represent the Business Development function confidently in leadership forums
    Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to continuously improve performance
    How you will work
    Spend the majority of time actively prospecting and creating opportunities
    Plan and manage your own book of business without being chased
    Use Outreach and Salesforce with discipline, accuracy, and intent
    Maintain strong follow up, data hygiene, and next step clarity
    Balance day-to-day execution with forward looking pipeline planning

    Strong, predictable, and growing top of funnel pipeline for India
    Trust and credibility with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams
    Clear visibility into pipeline health and future opportunity
    Consistent achievement or overachievement of KPIs

    You've Got What It Takes If You

    Proven experience in high volume outbound business development
    Ability to consistently sustain 80+ dials per day
    Genuine passion for top of funnel prospecting and pipeline creation
    Ability to execute quickly without sacrificing quality
    Experience reporting performance and pipeline to senior leadership
    Strong communication and presentation skills
    Experience selling to HR, Learning and Development, IT, or Finance leaders preferred
    Existing networks within enterprise or HR India markets highly desirable
    Experience contributing to or running outbound campaigns is a plus
    High operational discipline combined with strategic thinking
    Comfort with autonomy, accountability, and visibility
