You've got what it takes if you...
5+ years of compensation experience; strong knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements.
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large datasets.
Strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high‑quality work on time.
Demonstrated ability to independently own outcomes, prioritize effectively, navigate ambiguity, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to Talent Acquisition, People Business Partners, and business stakeholders.
