5+ years of experience in a compensation role.
Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and compliance requirements, including experience with global and India compensation practices, and familiarity with Radford or Comptryx compensation surveys.
Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Strong detail orientation and focus on accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time and with quality.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent work experience.
