Adopt global and EMEA growth campaigns, and localise and augment these campaigns for regional audience
Create outbound campaigns that address specific prospect and customer cohorts within the region
Adopt pipeline acceleration and key account strategies for the execution of creative, agile campaigns in the region
Partner with the extended marketing team (Thought Leadership, Client Experience, Product Marketing, Communications, Operations, Programs, Partner Marketing, Events) to realise and execute the marketing strategy in DACHEE region
Partner with sales stakeholders to deeply understand regional requirements, objectives and growth opportunities
Monitor and analyse marketing and sales performance and trends throughout the funnel and using these findings to drive recommendations and decisions
Understand key market trends in the region
Collaborate with the extended marketing organisation to understand and articulate the wider marketing and communications strategy in the region
Manage the regional field marketing budget
You've got what it takes if you have...
Minimum of 3 years' experience in field marketing or demand generation in B2B marketing space; software/SaaS marketing experience preferred
Experience in finding innovative solutions to the traditional marketing challenges of attracting, engaging and converting our target audience
Experience with Salesforce and ability to use the tool for effective reporting and analysis
The ability to negotiate vendor contracts and accurately manage budgets
Are fluent in German and English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to work in a cross-functional team environment
Strong business acumen and knowledge of marketing best practices
Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks
A results and team-oriented outlook and the appetite to work in a fast-paced environment
High energy, and the desire to learn and grow
The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical - identifying new and inventive ways to generate leads and pipeline for the sales team while putting everything in place to track, measure and report back on the effectiveness of the strategy.
