follow-up motions and named-account activation plans
Manage day to day delivery of events and programs, including agendas, speakers, vendor alignment, and on-the-day execution where applicable
Work with the Marketing Specialist to ensure logistics, administration, and vendor coordination are handled efficiently
Track program-level pipeline contribution, engagement, and conversion
Provide timely and accurate inputs for pipeline reporting, QBRs, and post-program reviews
Escalate execution risks, delivery issues, or performance gaps

Planned marketing programs are delivered on time and executed effectively
Programs support pipeline contribution, audience engagement, and conversion across applicable activities
Priority accounts and target segments are engaged through planned marketing programs
Reporting inputs and post-program reviews are completed accurately and on time
You've got what it takes if you:
2-3 years' experience in B2B marketing execution, preferably in SaaS or technology
Experience executing field, event, and regional marketing programs
Hands-on experience with Asana (or equivalent), Marketo (or equivalent), and Salesforce
Comfortable working with Sales and BDR teams in long sales-cycle environments
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and commercial awareness
