    Position summary

    cross-functional stakeholders in product marketing, content, brand, and field marketing to define campaign strategy, identify target audiences, align messaging, and influence the content ecosystem needed for high-impact activation.

    • Translate business priorities and product value propositions into compelling, multichannel campaign plays designed to drive demand and generate pipeline.

    • Drive integrated full funnel motions, ensuring consistent and effective activation across paid and owned channels inclusive of email, web, advertising, social, content, events, and ABM programs.

    • Drive collaboration with regional teams for localization and market-specific adaptations that maximize local relevance while maintaining global brand cohesion.

    • Maximise campaign effectiveness and adoption through enablement of global field marketing partners (train the trainer), who will activate and enable the campaign in target segments/GEOs

    • Lead nurture programs that improve and accelerate conversion throughout the customer lifecycle.

    • Establish repeatable processes and standardized frameworks for how global campaigns are planned, built, launched, and measured.

    • Refine and maintain a unified KPI framework to track campaign performance, conversion rates, channel effectiveness, and pipeline impact.

    • Build, mentor, and scale a multidisciplinary global team, creating the structure and capabilities needed to support long‑term campaign growth and operational maturity

    • Speak campaigns fluently: 8+ years' experience developing and running integrated, multichannel B2B campaigns
