• Develop and document signals for how we identify and filter our bot attacks from reporting.
• Consistently work across multiple teams, including web, digital, marketing operations and revenue operations, to ensure that marketing data is accurate and reliable.
• Develop and manage the digital target model to measure pacing and goals.
• Create and maintain regular reports on key web analytics metrics tools such as Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Tableau, and Looker Studio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align web analytics efforts with broader business goals and share the "story" and insights of what's working and not.
• Provide reporting and insights on paid media efforts, including search, paid social, and display advertising.
• Analyze marketing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the business and paid media teams to understand key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and maintain marketing analytics dashboards in Tableau, GA4, and Looker Studio.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in web and marketing analytics.
You've got what it takes if you...
• 7+ years of experience in analytics, with a focus on web and marketing analytics.
• Proven experience in building and interpreting reports using Tableau, Google Analytics 4, and Looker Studio.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work across departments.
