Qualifications
6+ years of program or project management experience, ideally in SaaS migrations, implementations, or platform transformations.
Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders, including enterprise (B2B) customers.
Experience working with globally distributed teams and coordinating across multiple time zones.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
Experience with project management tools and data-driven program tracking.
