You've got what it takes if you have...

5 years of relevant experience in DEIB, sustainability initiatives, community impact, or related fields preferred
Strong expertise in DEIB and sustainability practices, particularly within the context of India.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building skills, fostering collaboration across departments and teams.
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a global, matrixed organization
