Depending on skills and experience, we are open to hiring a Senior Solutions Consultant.
What You Will Do:- Understand complex customer business challenges.
Collaborate with Account Executives to lead opportunity execution.
Engage with customers to comprehend business requirements and communicate the unique value proposition of SkyHive, in collaboration with Account Executives.
Execute on activities expected to drive conversion, including technical demonstrations, interpretation of insights reports, and presentation of relevant materials from SkyHive's technology and product roadmaps.
Develop a strategy for end-to-end customer engagement.
Document client needs, pain points, and opportunities in the CRM.
Instill confidence in recommendations through product expertise, technical phone calls, workflow outlines, RFP/RFI responses, product roadmap discussions, and business process diagrams.
Collaborate with Sales & Delivery teams to meet revenue targets.
Demonstrate expert proficiency in the SkyHive platform, including current and future features.
Communicate and champion SkyHive's leadership in security, compliance, and ethical AI.
What You Will Bring:
3+ years of experience in a Solutions/Pre-sales role, selling SaaS solutions and concepts.
Experience with HCM systems (preferably Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.), CRM systems, or other SaaS companies in the HR/talent space.
Proficiency in technical business documentation such as workflow diagrams, proposals, SOWs, RFPs, and RFIs.
Familiarity with system integration methods like web services, SOAP APIs, and REST APIs.
Fluency in Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, or German is a plus.
