Gain and maintain proficiency in Talent Management, LXP, talent marketplaces, immersive/VR content, AI, skills development, and system integrations.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices within SaaS, HCM, and the broader talent management sector.
Stay aware of competitors' solutions and be able to position effectively against them
Work closely with other Solution Consultants, Sales, and Management to share knowledge and improve team performance.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.

You've got what it takes if you have:
Spanish native language, advanced English and Portuguese.
3+ years of pre-sales experience (experience with Cornerstone products or some of our direct competitors is a plus)
