The Impact of a Digital Sales Executive at Coupa:
The Inside Sales Rep (ISR) a quota carrying sales role serving both existing customers and new prospects that represent Coupa's largest key accounts. The ISR partners with the sales Account Director who leads these account relationships to close new develop new prospects and close new accounts. In addition, the ISR will own smaller upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
What You'll Do:
Drive new business and account development, targeting C-level and director-level contacts through outbound prospecting and lead generation.
Partner with field sales to implement strategies for pipeline growth, providing accurate forecasts and meeting sales objectives.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Coupa's product line and value proposition, conducting product demos and guided tours for customers and prospects.
Manage opportunities independently, orchestrating deals up to an ACV value of $75k and collaborating with AEs to build greenfield and territory accounts.
Support data quality and customer events, ensuring effective lead qualification, opportunity conversion, and attendance at key industry events.
What You Will Bring to Coupa:
Proven success in meeting/exceeding lead generation and sales objectives, with 2+ years of inside sales software experience.
Experience engaging with CXO-level contacts and developing new accounts.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills, energy, and professionalism.
Strong organizational and planning skills, disciplined in maintaining high call volumes and CRM usage (Salesforce.com or similar).
Bachelor's degree required, with a self-starter attitude and commitment to achieving sales goals.
