The Impact of a Sr. Solution Advisor - Coupa Pay at Coupa:

As a Senior Solution Advisor for Coupa Pay, you will be the definitive authority on B2B payments, transforming complex treasury and payment hurdles into streamlined, automated value for global enterprises. By bridging the gap between technical innovation and commercial strategy, you will directly influence multi-million pound deal outcomes, empower the wider sales organisation through expert enablement, and shape the future of the Coupa Pay product roadmap. Your expertise ensures that our customers don't just manage spend-they master the final, most critical mile of the transaction.

What You'll Do:

• Providing functional product expertise during the pre-sales process, with primary focus on demonstrating Coupa's Payment solutions

• Providing subject matter expertise around Payment best practices that provide valuable guidance to prospects (and Coupa's sales team).

• Assisting solutions consultants as they prepare for demonstrations and/or providing SME support during prospect meetings when necessary.

• Training and enablement lead for the solutions consulting team in terms of Payments product and domain knowledge.

• Collaborating with Coupa's Product Management team with regards to future product direction for Payments, based on innovation and prospect requirements.

• Working with Coupa's demo support team to provide rich and up to date content in our master demo environments.

• Collaborating with various internal departments such as Product Marketing and Proposal Management as a SME for Payments market positioning, webinars and collateral.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• 5+ years of experience in applications presales roles, especially in a SaaS environment.

• Subject matter expertise in the Payments space and/or Treasury Management business challenges and solutions (possible previous working experience at Kyriba, GTreasury, ION, Reval or similar companies)

• Strong experience of B2B payment processes, including ACH / BACS, H2H, SWIFT and PCards.

• Knowledge of business spend management challenges and solutions (Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Analytics, Contract Management, Travel & Expense Management).

• Ability to both excel as an individual contributor in a pre-sales role, but also train and mentor others to increase their knowledge and expertise.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to work in a fast paced and passionate environment.

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent required
