    The Impact of aSupplier Services Consultant - at Coupa:

    The Supplier Services Consultant leads the strategy and technical execution of supplier onboarding across catalogs, CSP, cXML, and invoicing. This role accelerates customer time to value, drives supplier adoption, and reduces downstream support needs.

    • Build and execute supplier enablement strategy, segmentation, and rollout.
    • Configure and validate catalogs, PunchOuts, cXML, sFTP, PO Collab, and ASN integrations.
    • Lead supplier communications, outreach, and CSP training to increase adoption.

    What You'll Do:

    • Lead assigned suppliers through enablement: outreach, onboarding, integration, testing, and first transactions with each buyer.

    • Serve as the supplier-enablement SME; provide functional and technical guidance during implementations and customer projects.

    • Configure, validate, and test solutions to ensure fixes/features work in each customer's environment; manage cutover to go-live.

    • Create and improve enablement templates, training, and documentation; tailor Coupa methodology to each customer's needs.

    • Collaborate with internal documentation, training, and product management; drive business-needs discussions, not feature checklists.

    • Work effectively independently and in teams

    What You Will Bring to Coupa:

    • 3-5 years in supplier enablement, B2B integrations, or similar customer-facing role.

    • Deep experience with cXML invoicing integration and strong cXML Punchout knowledge.

    • Ability to create clear technical requirements and enablement documentation.

    • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word.

    • Strong organization and multitasking; excellent written and verbal communication in English.

    • Comfortable driving customer updates and troubleshooting directly with customers.
