The Impact of a Sr. UX Designer to Coupa:

Now, you can play a role in taking our Total Business Spend Management platform to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Apply design-thinking methodologies to craft best-in-class product experiences.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define system needs and feature requirements.

• Rapidly iterate on designs, align on direction, and create prototypes as needed.

• Lead or support user research efforts for discovery and design validation.

• Present designs and research findings, partner with developers for implementation, and monitor the impact of deployed design system changes.

What You Will Bring to Coupa:

• 5+ years of design experience, including 3+ years in complex domains; proven success in transforming complex requirements into intuitive interfaces.

• Deep knowledge of inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design practices.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for building libraries and prototypes.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design strategy and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

• Portfolio showcasing visually appealing, user-friendly designs required; experience in AI is a strong plus. Candidates that have not provided a portfolio will not be considered.
