Leverage training materials like tip sheets, curriculum and Quick start guides created to support training delivery
Address end user queries related to LMS (Learning Management System)
Address end user queries related to how to questions for Epic applications
Resolve tickets/break-fixes of all complexities with high quality user interactions and within the expected TAT.
Be flexible in owning deliverables and working as per team requirements.

Qualifications
Required
Credentialed Epic Trainer
Understand hospital operations or US Healthcare workflows
3+ years of experience with Epic Clinical Application Training
Ability to document healthcare application process flows
Bachelor's degree and any medical background/related field, or equivalent experience
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
