Qualifications

Required:

• Five plus years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry.

• Relevant experience implementing EPM technologies OneStream, end-to-end for either planning or consolidation

• Design and configure OneStream applications to meet business requirements

• Proven business knowledge as well as OneStream Software application specific functional knowledge

• Strong knowledge of the financial processes, including experience with financial close, consolidations, financial reporting, and FP&A

• Deep understanding of accounting processes, including account reconciliations, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, allocations, and top-side adjustments

• Able to manage metadata, write business rules, automate data flows, and build complex reports within OneStream application

• Understanding of system deployment methodologies (Agile, Hybrid Agile, Waterfall)

• Relevant experience in technology implementation methodology and cycles (Development, Testing, Documentation, Cutover, Deployment, Hypercare)

• Proven knowledge of OneStream software technical capabilities

• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available

• Ability to travel up to 50%, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Bachelor's degree from accredited university

Preferred:

• Drive the development and enhancement of best practices, methodologies, and templates for OneStream Planning implementations to ensure consistent and high-quality delivery.

• Functional experience spanning Consolidations, Planning and Accounts reconciliation

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of OneStream solutions, from requirements gathering and solution design to configuration, testing, and post-implementation support.

• Create and manage application functional test plans and test cases from use cases for requirements traceability, systems testing and UAT testing

• Relevant knowledge or experience in ETL/Data Transformation Tools and Databases

• Relevant knowledge or experience in Data Governance

• Relevant Knowledge on OneStream tools that enable compliance checks and process (Audit Logs, SOX, Certify and Lock, etc.)

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and assignments

• Outstanding critical thinking, analytics, and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills; professional competence in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $104,000 to $210,000.
