Work You'll Do:
Monitor performance of the Quality Program; assist in developing and implementing process improvement initiatives
Assist in establishing and implementing operational policies, practices, and initiates to support reviewers in completing quality review
Follow all process and procedures related to program operations and safeguarding personal information
Provide leadership, mentoring, and coaching to quality reviewers
Assist in assigning work to team members and monitoring completion
Disseminate information regarding program operations, best practices, and standards to team members
Provide consultation and coaching for complex reviews that are escalated from team members
Responsible for verifying the completeness and accuracy of documentation to be submitted
Standard Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Ability to travel up to 25%
