In Customer Strategy & Applied Design we elevate the Human Experience. We help clients and account teams design innovative services and human experiences. A few examples of how we achieve this is by conducting ethnographic research, service blueprinting, and surveying customer segmentations.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of demonstrated knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques

• 3+ years of experience executing projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, videos, and product marketing

• 3+ years of experience working under tight deadlines to produce high-quality deliverables

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe PhotoShop, Adobe Systems, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Ability to travel 5% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Web Design, or similar field
