• Develop and deliver virtual instructor-led course material and develop web-based training using Articulate

• Leverage required subject matter expertise with food assistance program software training

• Create and review quality deliverables using Microsoft Office suite

• Other project support duties as requested

Qualifications

Required:

• One year of experience developing and delivering training programs for integrated eligibility or food assistance program software

• Bachelor's degree

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance for this role

• Ability to travel 10-15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred:

• Prior management consulting experience
