Install and incorporate new releases, updates, or other changes to UC/AV hardware and software (diagnostics failures or potential failure predictions).
Operate and apply automated hardware management and diagnostics systems, including remote management and diagnostics and mitigate solution(s).
Coordinate maintenance of AV equipment.
Plan, execute, and provide recommendations for preventative maintenance, spares program, planning, and tracking operational spares and bench stock.
Provide technical assistance to responding field service personnel.
Conduct conference room refresh activities.

Qualifications
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelors Degree required
Active Public Trust or must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance for the role
3+ years of relevant experience in AV Engineer role
Certifications: ITIL Foundation (within 3 months of project start)
At least 3 years of experience installing, testing, maintaining, and/or troubleshooting A/V technologies and conference room systems to include A/V mixers, switchers and distribution systems, audio processors and echo cancelers, video display screens, projectors, VTC Endpoints, and/or room control systems.
Experience conducting requirements gathering, design, installation, programming, maintenance, and equipment replacement support throughout the full lifecycle of the meeting and collaboration spaces
Experience providing support for live, on-site, and hybrid meetings using Cisco Webex, Zoom and MS Teams collaboration platforms, endpoints, and soft-clients.
Experience managing end-to-end AV services, including hardware/equipment lifecycle management
Experience providing oversight for on-site pre-meeting visits for VIP meeting setup and equipment testing
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Travel up to 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
