    Work You'll Do

    As a Master QA Automation Engineer, you will help lead the development of quality control standards, processes, and corrective actions to ensure appropriate use of best practices and tools.

    Ideal candidates will have a solution-focused mindset and the ability to collaborate as a team with technical and product leaders while also contributing independently. Candidates must be passionate about technology, demonstrate strong troubleshooting and research facilities, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Day to day job responsibilities may include:

    • Independently and collaboratively manage client engagement workstreams focused on improvement, optimization, and transformation of processes including implementing leading practice workflows, addressing deficits in quality, and driving operational outcomes

    • Lead the coordination of functional testing teams to identify test cases that are candidates for automation, obtain understanding of the workflow, and supporting data requirements

    • Oversee design and Execute automation scripts

    • Coordinate with teams to acquire/provision de-identified test data required to support planned test automation

    • Follow coding standards and guidelines while developing automation scripts

    • Review automation scripts and validate compliance to coding standards, and confirm that scripts are functioning according to requirements

    • Experience with Selenium, QTP/UFT, ALM, Postman is a must

    The candidate will be detail oriented, possess strong listening skills, excellent verbal/written communication skills, collaborate well with others, and can clearly communicate technical concepts, ideas, and outcomes to internal teams and clients.

    Technical Knowledge and Experience:

    Required

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred

    • 7 - 10 years of experience with Selenium

    • Experience with any object-oriented programming language including Java, C#, Python and testing APIs using Rest Assured

    • 7-10 years of experience Data Platform, MDM, Data pipelines, ETL data processing and Data APIs

    • Proficient in SQL Queries and data creation/validation

    • Experience in Azure and/or AWS ecosystems desired

    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, in-sprint test automation and CI integration

    • Working knowledge and extensive experience in various types of testing (Unit, Integration, API, Smoke, System, Performance, etc.) is required

    • Working knowledge of test planning, test data management, automated & manual test execution, and test management tools to support complex data and cloud landscape

    • Working knowledge with Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, ETL tools and data warehouse architectures highly preferred

    • Working knowledge of QA methodologies, life cycle and processes

    • Experience in Maintaining and Managing Test Environments for Integration and End to End testing.

    • Experience conducting application and test demonstrations to peers and senior leadership.

    • Ability to travel up to 10% based on the work you do, and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    Preferred

    • Hands on in API testing

    • Experience in Java-script

    • Agile project experience

    • Experience in Microsoft Account for Agile/Cloud based web Applications

    • Deep knowledge of performance testing tool qualifications

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado, and the State of Nevada and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $96,893 to $169,988.
