Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required

• Top Secret Clearance required

• 2 years of experience in workforce and/or data analytics consulting

• 2 years of experience and high proficiency with MS Excel

• Ability to work onsite in Washington, DC 80%-100% of the time

Preferred:

• 2 years of experience tracking workforce analytics datasets including tenure, attrition, etc.
• Strong proficiency with Power BI, SQL, Macros, MS Excel Automation, etc.
• Strong presentation skills
