• Monitors, oversees and ensures delivery of product specific deliverables
• Provides product input to client weekly, biweekly, monthly and quarterly reports and briefings
• Supports cross work stream communication and integration
• Oversee, supports, and trains project coordinators to achieve project objectives
• Facilitate team sessions to identify, track, and assess impact of issues and risk, develops mitigation ideas for identified risk and works to resolve them
• Communicates with team to delegate task and provide status of project activities and milestones
• Monitors and manages contract specific requirements
• Manages overall health of product
