    Position summary

    Salesforce Architect, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to meet our business needs and drive overall growth and success. You will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements, define system architecture, and deliver scalable and efficient solutions.     Responsibilities and The Work You'll Do:

    • Design and architect scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions based on business requirements, industry best practices, and Salesforce capabilities.

    • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce projects, including system configuration, customization, integration, and data migration.

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical designs and solution specifications.

    • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

    • Conduct code reviews, perform system testing, and lead efforts to identify and resolve issues and bugs.

    • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features and updates and evaluate their applicability to our organization's needs.

    • Ensure data security, integrity, and quality within the Salesforce platform.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline business processes and optimize system performance.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect, with a deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.

    • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect.

    • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

    • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques.

    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.

    • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

    • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or other Salesforce products is a plus.

    • Ability to work onsite or in a hybrid capacity 2-3 days per week in Chantilly, VA

    • Active TS/SCI + Full Scope Polygraph required.

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
