QUALIFICATIONS:
Active Salesforce Administrator Certification
Ability to analyze business and technical questions and identify paths to resolution
Demonstrated experience using JIRA to manage user stories and a product backlog
Demonstrated experience engaging with business stakeholders to gather/analyze issues or requirements and map them to solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
Demonstrated experience performing configuration and customization of the Salesforce.com platform
Demonstrated experience designing advanced salesforce reports, dashboards, list views, and business process automation (using out-of-box capabilities)
Demonstrated experience performing automated testing, regression testing, system testing and developing/maintaining test scripts
US Citizen with an active Secret Clearance or clearable
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
