Work you'll do
Roadmap Management (triage incoming client requests to assess scope and impact; backlog management; user story prioritization and sprint alignment)
Oversee refinement of user stories (answering questions about requirements, functionality, business process, program needs)
Coordinate and oversee sprint Reviews/Demos and UAT cycles with the client team
Support development and testing teams by answering questions on functionality, user story acceptance criteria, resolving impediments
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's Degree
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
5+ years of Consulting experience or relevant industry experience
2+ years of Functional Requirements gathering experience
Salesforce implementation and/or project experience
Experience writing user stories
Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams
Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
Agile Software Development Methodology experience
Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Admin Certification
Ability to travel 20 - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
