    Position summary

    clients, stakeholders, and development teams to resolve problems and implement solutions

    • Oversee development and implementation of this application that will span the enterprise

    • Work closely with the development team and with the client to make sure we are sustaining the client's vision and accomplishing all of the requirements as defined

    • Roadmap Management (triage incoming client requests to assess scope and impact; backlog management; user story prioritization and sprint alignment)

    • Participate in Discovery & Framing sessions and ongoing user sessions to understand user needs

    • Engage with Product Owner and Business SMAs as appropriate to refine user stories

    • Support assessment of Business value to groom the Product backlog

    • Foster an environment where team members are self organizing and are empowered to improve their process for building software

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • 3+ years of Digital Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management experience

    • Strong understanding of Agile methodology

    • Ability to work with product owner, business, functional lead and scrum team to pick up prioritized user-stories from the backlog

    • Project experience delivering Salesforce implementations and products

    • Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories

    • Experience performing business-demos and getting user-story-acceptance completed by business

    • Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments

    • Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams

    • Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems. Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience

    • Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

    • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

    • Security Clearance Eligible

    Preferred:

    • Salesforce Certified
    • Active Secret Clearance
    • Agile Project or Program Management
    • Prior exposure supporting Government/Federal Digital Transformation efforts
    • Client management experience
    • Ability to communicate and manage stakeholder expectations
