Oversee development and implementation of this application that will span the enterprise
Work closely with the development team and with the client to make sure we are sustaining the client's vision and accomplishing all of the requirements as defined
Roadmap Management (triage incoming client requests to assess scope and impact; backlog management; user story prioritization and sprint alignment)
Participate in Discovery & Framing sessions and ongoing user sessions to understand user needs
Engage with Product Owner and Business SMAs as appropriate to refine user stories
Support assessment of Business value to groom the Product backlog
Foster an environment where team members are self organizing and are empowered to improve their process for building software

Qualifications
Required:
3+ years of Digital Product Management, Program Management, or Project Management experience
Strong understanding of Agile methodology
Ability to work with product owner, business, functional lead and scrum team to pick up prioritized user-stories from the backlog
Project experience delivering Salesforce implementations and products
Experience working with business to elicit requirements and translate those to user-stories
Experience performing business-demos and getting user-story-acceptance completed by business
Ability to work collaboratively in a creative, Agile environment and manage agile task assignments
Prior experience Managing and/or Leading Teams
Strong Core Consulting skills such as organization and communication both written and verbal
Bachelor's degree, preferably in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems. Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
Ability to travel 20%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
