• Maintain a high level of accuracy on all reports and projects

• Review existing processes to identify improvement areas and identify new opportunities

• Supporting Business Intelligence and Analytic initiatives across clients supported by OSI using broad knowledge of business programs

• Providing first-line resolution and customer support for data requests and partnering with OSI Performance Excellence peers and management accordingly

• Assisting in the execution of reporting, documentation, and general project work

• Identifying best practices to improve reporting quality, and influence business decisions

• Providing direct customer support, and performing other job-related duties

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences, including Leadership

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and consistency in order to drive business insights through descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analysis

• Strong time management skills with ability to meet tight deadlines, and work overtime when needed

• Ability to work virtually with colleagues around the globe

• Ability to think both strategically and tactically

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience with Excel and Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau and Power BI)

• Experience with utilizing data from a variety of systems and data warehouses (e.g., Synapse, SQL queries, Hana, MS Access database)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Ideal Candidate will Possess:

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related analytical area; Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
