ject and will assist in directing the ServiceNow implementation and certifying the solution design of strategic technologies during solution development. This role will build and drive high performing relationships with strategic development partners to ensure high quality delivery of all aspects of solution development.

In an operational setting, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for solution design and review of all business process and system level changes as part of continual service improvement. You will provide design perspectives to the process teams to maintain consistency, stability and supportability of the solution and processes in conjunction with maintaining the organizational roadmap for the solution while utilizing current vendor solution capabilities and the product roadmap

Qualifications

Required:

• 8 years of relevant consulting experience in a professional services environment, with a large or boutique consulting firm, or serving as an internal consultant within industry

• 5 years of relevant ServiceNow IT consulting or industry/alliance partnership experience

• ServiceNow technical and functional experience

• Experience managing teams and resources of 5+ resources through design, development, and/or operations of complex implementations or ongoing application management

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator

• ServiceNow certification in one or more areas

• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

• Bachelor's Degree

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

• Experience with XML and SQL
• 4+ full life cycle implementations
• Deep Information Technology experience including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems
• Business development experience
• Advanced degree
