Your role will be to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, understanding their needs and translating them into technical specifications. Identify metric calculations and document source to target mappings for fields that are needed to calculate metrics. Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system defects. Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and effective implementation of technical solutions.

You will create and execute SQL queries and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting. Perform data analysis to extract insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making.

The Data Analyst will perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed software applications. Document functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives. Prepare and deliver documentation to stakeholders, including requirement specifications, user guides, and project updates. Collaborate with project managers to plan and prioritize development activities, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.

Your role will be to design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and technical specifications. Responsibilities will include executing test cases and document test results, identifying defects and issues using appropriate testing tools and methodologies. Conduct functional testing to ensure that software applications meet specified requirements and perform as expected.

Qualifications

Required

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with expertise in business analysis, data analysis, and SQL

• 3+ years' experience in SQL and working with relational databases.

• 3+ years in consulting

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in business analysis, gathering requirements, and translating them into technical specifications. E xperience in data analysis techniques and tools, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.

• 3+ years' experience in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing

• Proficiency in using Agile methodology

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Must live near or willing to relocate to Atlanta, Dallas, Orlando, or Richmond, VA. Hybrid work model. Able to commute to office 1-2 days a week as needed.

Preferred

• 3+ years in healthcare domain
• Familiarity with Hadoop and big data technologies for data processing and analysis
• Familiarity with Cloud technologies and concepts
• Knowledge of project management principles and experience working in project teams
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Analytical/ decision making responsibilities
• Analytical ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks into manageable work products
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver technical demonstrations
