Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor' s degree in related field required

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required

• 5 years of experience in strategic communications, Change Management, or Stakeholder Engagement Planning

• 5 years of relevant con sulting or industry experience

• Experience facilitating Town Halls, Lunch and Learns, Survey Development and Administration.

• Experience developing tailored communications - executive messaging, Newsletters, User Videos, Workforce Communication
