How You'll Do It

• Completes most features and user stories including test cases and automation unattended.

• Learns more complex software engineering practices such as domain driven design, test driven development, operations, and security.

• Contributes to agile ceremonies, leads demos and presentations, helps new engineers learn established norms, and participates in technology communities.

• Participates in system design decisions and learns how these decisions impact the product as a whole.

• Learns to support production systems and understands how observed events and failures impact the product.

Qualifications You'll Need
The Basics

• Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Information Security, Information Technology

• 1+ year Information Technology, (Software) Engineering, or related

• Internal applicants only: technical proficiency rating of Advanced Beginner on the Dreyfus engineering scale.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Strong experience utilizing Oracle Responsys

• 3+ years experience driving successful email marketing programs for brands with a broad online presence.

• Thorough understanding of email best practices within the following categories - (Targeting/Segmentation, Personalization, Triggered Automation, Orchestrated Journeys, Multivariate Testing & Optimization)

• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and trends and how they can be utilized to enhance campaigns.

• Strong analytical skills on email marketing metrics & KPIs and having the ability to adjust to Campaigns/Journeys based on such insights.

• Good to have experience with other Campaign Management tools such as MoEngage, Sinch, Braze, Adobe

• Experience using e-mail delivery tools (Litmus, Return Path, etc.)

• Tech stack/tools - HTML, CSS, Responsys, Database knowledge, EditPlus, DreamweaverExternal applicants will be required to perform a technical interview.

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $73,500.00 to $124,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
